Marine Units Continue Search For Possible Bear Mountain Bridge Jumper

New York State police, along with several law enforcement agencies, continued searching Tuesday for a person who reportedly jumped from the Bear Mountain Bridge on Monday afternoon.

The search for the person began after state police received several witness reports of a person jumping from the bridge around 1:45 p.m. Monday, said Trooper A.J. Hicks.

Several marine units are still searching the area, Hicks added.
