IRVINGTON, N.Y. – An Irvington photographer finished the Boston Marathon a few minutes before two explosions rocked the area.
Seth Harrison, a staff photographer at The Journal News, told the publication Monday he was fine.
“To all my friends who have been calling and texting, I want to let you know that I'm ok,” the newspaper tweeted Monday afternoon. "...explosions happened a few minutes after I finished ...I was about 3 blocks away. Thank you for your concern."
Harrison finished the race at the 04:08:33 mark.
