Irvington Patrolman Luigi Osso will be honored at tonights Village Board of Trustees meeting in a promotional ceremony along with the many departments who served on the night of April 21, 2010.
Osso was severely injured that night after a stolen car collided with his squad car at the intersection of Main and Broadway during a high-speed chase.
Osso is still recuperating and has not yet returned to work.
