Trent Bronner, 23, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree arson and one count of fourth-degree arson, both felonies, on Monday for intentionally setting one fire in 2011 and another fire in 2010.

Bronner was arrested after a March 2011 fire on Cedar Street in Sleepy Hollow, the Westchester district attorney's office said. That fire started under a porch at 13 Cedar St. before jumping to 19 Cedar St. Both houses were condemned after the fire, and 19 people were left homeless.

Police and firefighters immediately deemed the fire suspicious, the district attorney's office said, and started an investigation that lead them to Bronner.

He admitted to starting another fire in Sleepy Hollow in July 2011 on Cortlandt Street, the district attorney's office said.

Bronner faces up to 25 years in state prison. He will be sentenced July 9.
