Ex-fbi 'Spy Hunter' From Sleepy Hollow Draws New Sentence

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – The former FBI “spy hunter” from Sleepy Hollow who pleaded guilty to bribery and fraud in December was sentenced Monday in White Plains federal court to five years in prison and two years of supervised released, reports lohud.

Robert Lustyik, 53, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to engage in a bribery scheme, conspiracy to defraud U.S. citizens and the FBI, soliciting bribes by a public official, theft of government property and unauthorized disclosure of a Suspicious Activity Report, according to the report.

Lustyik’s five-year New York sentence will run consecutively to the 10-year sentence handed down to him in Utah federal court in March for fraud, conspiracy and obstruction.
