SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- Nearly 100 customers in the Philipse Manor section of Sleepy Hollow were left without power after downed a utility pole with live wires went down on a stretch of Route 9 on Sunday morning.

The area affected was at Bellwood Avenue.

Con Ed reported 81 customers were without power at noon, shortly before power was restored.
