Black Ice Advisory Issued For Westchester
WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- As temperatures fell below the freezing mark overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, patchy black ice remains possible through Wednesday morning, according to an advisory issued National Weather Service.
