TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - Angela DelMarco Ucci, of Tarrytown, died Dec. 28 at the age of 86.
A lifelong resident of Westchester County, she worked for many years at Commercial Union Insurance. In the last few years under the care of her daughter, Ucci enjoyed cooking and baking her famous muffins, as well as appreciating nature and music.
She is survived by her daughter Andrea (Stephen) Hughes of Tarrytown, her son Tony (Louann) Ucci of Mahopac, N.Y., her sisters Josephine Scimia of White Plains and Ann DelMarco of White Plains, her brother Vincent (Celeste) DelMarco of Tallahassee, Fla., Joseph (Norma) DelMarco of Pensacola, Fla. and two grandchildren.
The family is receiving friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to p.m. on Friday at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home in White Plains. The funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in White Plains, followed by interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in White Plains.
