TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – Winter storm Nemo had already blanketed Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and Irvington in a few inches of snow by Friday afternoon.

The National Weather Service estimates Friday's morning snow will turn into rain during the afternoon. Snow will resume Friday night and continue into Saturday morning.
