WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. — Toby, an American staffordshire terrier/border collie, is an amazing boy. He is sweet, always happy and an all-around wonderful dog.

Toby came in as a stray and has become a shelter favorite since he arrived. He'd love a family of his very own and promises to give you so much love in return if you give him a second chance.
