Happy Birthday To Tarrytown’s Eric Alan Gaffney

Eric Alan Gaffney, who lives in Tarrytown turns 46 on Wednesday.

Gaffney, a songwriter and recording artist, was born Dec. 25, 1967, in Cambridge, Mass. In 1989, he co-founded the indie rock band Sebadoh, but he left the band in early 1994 and since 1998 has been performing and recording with his own project Fields of Gaffney.

In 2007, a reformed Sebadoh began touring again. He currently sells music via his Bandcamp page.
