The series will be overseen by Irvington Town Hall Theater commissioner Beth Ryan.

Scripts are being sought from Westchester and Rockland writers for the October, January and April readings and should be emailed as pdfs to Ryan at dayjr@huckleberries.us.

The ITHT committee will be reading scripts throughout the summer, so submissions should be made as soon as possible, the group said.

Themes of any kind will be accepted, but smaller casts are required and the plays should be able to be read in under 90 minutes.

Those chosen will get a chance to cast their works, hear them read aloud in front of an audience, and get feedback afterwards, ITHT said.

The Irvington Town Hall Theater is located at 85 Main St., Irvington. For further information, visit www.irvingontheater.com, or call (914) 591-6602.
