Astorino Welcomes Music Legend Kenny Rogers To Westchester
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino was thrilled to welcome country music great Kenny Rogers to the Westchester County Center in White Plains earlier this month as part of the singer's "Once Again It's Christmas" tour.
