Independence Day Parade and Picnic: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Philipse Manor Improvement Association and Sleepy Hollow Manor Association present the annual July 4 parade and picnic. Bellwood Avenue and Highland Avenue, Sleepy Hollow.
