What's Closed Or Canceled In Tarrytown Because Of Snow

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – Nemo dumped several inches of snow onto Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and Irvington and led to the cancellation of several weekend events.

What's been changed:

  • Warner Library has rescheduled its Grace Gosgrove Concert to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 23.
  • Lyndhurst has rescheduled "Remembering Rock Gardens," a meeting of the Rock Garden Society, to 11 a.m. Sunday.
  • The John Paulding Ziti Dinner has been postponed until 5 p.m. Wednesday.
  • The EPTA Movie Morning has been postponed until further notice.
  • The Irvington Public Library's Valentine's Day crafts program has been rescheduled to 3:45 p.m. Wednesday.
  • The Ars Viva Chamber Orchestra's Saturday concert at the Tarrytown Music Hall has be canceled. Ticket holders will receive a full refund.
  • The Sleepy Hollow Chess Club will not meet Saturday.
  • The Irvington Public Library and Warner Library closed Friday, with no indication of whether they would open on time Saturday.
  • Winterfest in Sleepy Hollow has been rescheduled to Sunday.
  • The Tarrytown YMCA will delay opening until noon Saturday.
  • The TNT Baseball registration has been moved to 11 a .m. on Feb. 16.
  • Warner Library will open at 1 p.m.
  • The Irvington Public Library is closed.
  • Juke Joint's performance at River Roadhouse has been postponed.
