The Price of Traffic 7:00 p.m.  Tarrytown Environmental Advisory Council (TEAC) presents renowned economist, energy-policy analyst and sustainable transportation activist Charles Komanoff, who uncovers the biases against transit, bicycling and pedestrian-friendly streets, and how cities, towns and villages can join the livable streets revolution.  Free.  The Warner Library, 121 N. Broadway, Tarrytown.

Thursday, Sept. 19

Phelps Farmers Market is Back:  11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  The Farmers Market at Phelps is back and at a new location. Phelps Farmers Market At the Park will be  at the entrance of the Rockwood Hall area at Rockefeller State Park.
