Noted local interior designers and furniture showrooms will create living spaces in four different residences — all with views of the Hudson River.
Public open houses will run Saturday, April 25 through Sunday, May 17. Prices of the condominiums range from $550,000 to $1.5 million.
The way we live today is about less,” explains Adrian Bonvento, Hudson Harbor marketing director. “It is about a holistic approach to a luxury life. It’s very much about the river and breaking down the barriers between your home and the beauty of nature.”
The River House includes resort-style amenities, boutique-hotel style services and the walkable river towns of Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown. Within a short distance are the train station to New York City, restaurants, entertainment, shops, public parks and recreation.
A rooftop deck, outdoor pool with easy access to walk/run/bike paths are just some of the amenities offered at the condominiums. Each condominium includes the latest smart home features including surround sound for music and televisions, motorized shades/drapes, and smart lighting, all controlled through a tablet or phone.
A variety of public and private events have been planned to showcase The River House condominiums.
