The package begins with a welcome dinner served by the team’s managers as a way of showing their appreciation for the staff.
In addition, there will be a make-your-own-drink station, where the DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown’s bartending staff will provide guidance to team members to prepare and enjoy their cocktails.
Following a good night’s rest in the guest rooms, attendees will begin the day with a continental breakfast. The package offers a choice of either one hour of yoga instruction, a team-building exercise or a welcome amenity to be determined.
In addition, a complimentary meeting room equipped with pads, pens, flip chart, markers, tape, candy and water is available to the team. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
A lunch buffet includes soup, salad, chips, sandwiches, dessert bars and soda. An afternoon snack break is provided.
“We designed it to engage participants in fun and stimulating ways so that they can return to the office feeling rejuvenated,” said Rich Friedman, DoubleTree by Hilton Tarrytown general manager.
Attendees also can schedule their day to take advantage of several complimentary services, including swimming in the indoor pool, working out in the fitness center or unwinding in the steam room or sauna.
