Tarrytown, Irvington To Light Holiday Trees Saturday

IRVINGTON, N.Y. – Irvington and Tarrytown are getting ready to celebrate the season on Saturday with their annual holiday tree lightings.

Irvington will begin its lighting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. at the I.K. Benjamin Community Center on Main Street with festive music. The village's holiday tree will be lit at 5 p.m. Refreshments and music will be available at 5:15 p.m. by the Irvington Fire Department.

A separate Menorah lighting will take place on Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. at the Irvington Firehouse.

Tarrytown will host a tree lighting ceremony at 5 p.m. at Patriot's Park, followed by a visit with Santa Claus and holiday music at Warner Library.
