FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Glen H. Smith of Fairfield died Friday, May 17. He was 82.
Smith was born in Colebrook, N.H. to George and Lillian (Higgins) Smith, he was a resident of Fairfield for over 45 years. He was a U.S Army veteran and a longtime member of Port 5.
Smith was predeceased by his parents.
Interment with military honors will be held Thursday, May 30 at 11 a.m. in St. Thomas Cemetery.
The Shaughnessey Banks Funeral Home, 50 Reef Road, in Fairfield Center is in charge with the arrangements.
