Passaic Sheriff: Raid Nets 'Meticulous Inventory' Of 500+ Child Porn Images

PATERSON, N.J. -- Passaic County Sheriff’s detectives busted a Paterson man on Tuesday who they said had a "meticulous inventory" of more than 500 child pornography images -- including videos involving toddlers.

Omar Saloukha, 29, collected and shared the files which he stored "in folders and subfolders labeled by various sexually explicit categories," Sheriff Richard N. Berdnik said.

He was taken to the Passaic County Jail pending a detention hearing on various child pornography charges after members of the sheriff's Internet Crime Unit searched his Crooks Avenue home and arrested him following a two-month investigation, Berdnik said.

His detectives were assisted by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Sexual Investigations Unit, the sheriff added.
