TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Former spy Marthe Cohn will speak about being a Jewish spy in Nazi territory during an Oct. 20 event at the Tarrytown DoubleTree.
Cohn, a French Jew, posed as a nurse searching for her Nazi soldier boyfriend. She supplied the Allies with information about the abandoned Siegfried Line and a German trap.
For her exploits, Cohn was awarded the Medaille Militaire, France’s highest military honor.
