The Awaken Wellness Fair, now in its 14th year, is scheduled for 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the South Broadway hotel.
Anyone interested in holistic practices is urged to attend.
This year’s event, which aims to educate the public about the numerous wellness services and products on the market, is to feature more than 100 exhibitors from across the tri-state area, according to organizers, who noted that the fair has, in recent years, expanded from one annual event to multiple events in Tarrytown, Fort Lee, N.J., Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Exhibitors will be offering a variety of products, including essential oils, services from Ayurvedic doctors, nutritional supplements, organic cleaning products, healing crystals and jewelry.
The Awaken Fair is set to provide information on an abundance of wellness techniques from the ancient world through to today.
Also included in the day’s schedule are speakers set to address a number of compelling topics during a series of 45-minute talks.
The presentations may deal with a number of wellness subjects intended to help people live healthier and happier lives.
Some vendors also offers “insight through tarot reading, mediumship, angel reading, numerology, pet readings and others,” according to a group statement.
Many of those set to attend the event are “gifted healers” who practice Reiki, reflexology and energy healing. Discounted rate appointments can be made with readers and healers online in advance after purchasing a Fair ticket online.
