The instructors, Ken Nelson and Lesli Lang, will help foster relaxation in those who attend by teaching how to naturally slow down, stop the creation of tension and nurture intuitive wisdom.

The workshop will focus largely on qigong, which includes "easy-to-learn Chinese energy exercises that foster moving with ease, grace and freedom; the passive postures of yin yoga ... ; and the bliss of deep relaxation in yoga nidra," according to organizers.

Nelson, a former Fullbright lecturer in the field since 1975, and Lang, a theater and performance artist with 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, offer workshops in mind-body wellness and wisdom traditions.

Nelson and Lang, along with David Ronka, are co-authors of "Creating the Conditions for Transformation," a soon-to-be-published book about the tools linking the heart and mind.
