Sleepy Hollow's Rey Insurance Honored With Small Business Award

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- Rey Insurance Agency recently was honored at 914INC. Magazine’s 2015 Small Business Awards as winner of the Outstanding Minority-Owned Small Business award.

Sisters and co-owners Linda Rey and Laura Rey Iannarelli accepted the award on behalf of their team. In attendance at the event was Linda and Laura’s father, Frank, who started the business in 1978. The sisters took over the company in 2008.

Rey Insurance also has been recognized as one of the 5 Star Auto & Home Agencies in Westchester County by Westchester Magazine each year from 2010 to 2014, and earlier this year, the agency won a Family Business Award from Westfair Communications.

"We would not be receiving this award if it wasn't for the dedicated team we have, with individuals who are ambitious and work to provide ridiculously good customer service on a daily basis," Linda Rey said. "While perfection is impossible, I believe progress is attainable and I think that is a testament to our success over the years."
