The restaurant underwent a redesign last summer, with owner and chef Jill Rose creating a new menu.
Food critic Emily DeNitto praised the restaurant's tavern fare and new selection of pizza, as well as Rose's dessert surprises, such as “the cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg in the cheesecake, or the layer of almond paste in the rich chocolate nut bar."
“They make coming to Chiboust a culinary adventure, and it’s one I hope to experience for years to come, through all the restaurant’s tweaks and shifts,” DeNitto wrote.
