3 Westerly Bar and Grill celebrated its grand opening at the Harbor Square development, the final piece of a $65 million mixed-use development, located on the Ossining waterfront. The restaurant held its soft opening on April 4.
The ribbon cutting was attended by Martin Ginsburg, who developed the property, County Executive Rob Astorino, Mayor Victoria Gearity and Assemblywoman Sandy Galef.
Harbor Square "has transformed a former industrial site into a thriving mixed-use residential community with a public park and riverfront promenade. With the addition of this exciting new restaurant, people can enjoy first-class cuisine while experiencing the timeless beauty of the Hudson River,” said Ginsburg.
3 Westerly overlooks the Hudson River and features a freestanding lighthouse. The 300-seat restaurant is owned by Jeremy Casill, who runs restaurants in Tribeca and New Jersey. The executive chef is Dmitri Petriakov, who previously worked at B.L.T. Prime in New York.
“We are thrilled to bring this project to fruition and open our doors to Ossining residents," Casilli said.
